- Pay-Per-View (PPV) Tickets: Each film or event you purchase through CINIBOSS is treated as a single ticket purchase for viewing access.
- Non-Refundable: Once a PPV ticket is purchased and access to the film is granted (whether you have started viewing or not), the purchase is non-refundable. This includes:
- All films, events, or content are purchased on a pay-per-view basis.
- Access to any film or content that has started streaming, even if you have not finished watching it.
- Cancellation Before Viewing: If you have purchased a PPV ticket but have not yet started streaming the film, you may request to cancel your ticket and receive a refund. This can be done through your CINIBOSS account or by contacting customer support before 12 hours of showtime.
2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
CINIBOSS recognizes that exceptional circumstances may arise, and in certain cases, we may consider a refund or alternative solution:
- Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue (e.g., streaming errors, playback problems) that prevents you from accessing the content you have purchased, we will investigate the issue promptly. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund or an alternative viewing option.
- Incorrect Content: If you receive the wrong film or content (e.g., a title that you did not purchase), please contact our support team for assistance. In these cases, a refund or a new PPV ticket will be issued.
3. Refund Process

Please include your Ticket Number, details of the issue, and any relevant information to help us process your request.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the request is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
4. Late Cancellation
- Post-Viewing Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for films or content that have already started streaming, even if the user has not finished watching. We recommend checking the film's availability and your viewing schedule before making a purchase.
- Partial Viewing: If you begin watching a film and encounter an issue, CINIBOSS is unable to offer partial refunds. We encourage users to test their internet connection and device compatibility before purchasing a ticket.
5. Account Termination & Refunds
- If your CINIBOSS account is terminated for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund on any outstanding or future purchases.
- Any disputes related to account access or tickets purchased will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
